Time To Shine is a two piece costume consisting of a  high neck crop top and briefs.   We have heavily encrusted the front of the top with bright stones, added a pair of beaded shoulder pads  and have this standout costume.   Back zip opening for easy costume changes.  The high waisted briefs are made in the same shiny foil material   with matching stones on one side.
