Telopea is a two piece costume consisting of a  cutaway style leotard made with two colour combinations of sequinned lycra attached to black briefs.  The separate  shorts have been covered with  rows of hanging feathers and are worn over the black briefs.  Three colour combinations are available, red/black, purple/black and hot pink/black. This is a perfect style to mix and match with other pieces.
