This sassy costume consists of a fully hand beaded crop top and fluffy feathered shorts attached by 
straps in the middle.  The crop top has a bra back opening for easy costume changes.  The shorts have layers of soft feathers falling from a beaded waistband.  We have three colour choices for this pretty costume, soft pink, soft aqua, and soft lilac all with silver beading.
